1. INTEGRITY
- The word “integrity” comes from a Latin word “integritas”, meaning wholeness and healthiness.
- Expressing honesty, righteousness, consistency from thinking, speaking to doing.
- All behaviors of a righteous person cannot exceed societal morality and professional ethics.
- Righteous person has loyalty, fairness so he or she is usually trusted and supported by the majority.
- Righteous person always harmonizes personal benefit and social benefit.
2. CONSCIENTIOUSNESS
- Putting all your effort and will into action.
- Conscientiousness in working expresses in enthusiasm, passion, hardworking, progressive and continuous-growth spirit.
- Conscientious person is always highly responsible, endurable, high spirited, and can work under work pressure.
- Conscientiousness helps improving personal prestige and values.
3. GROWTH
- Expressing in increase of tangible and intangible qualities in life and work.
- Growth requires effort of having oriented actions and the volition through progression of individuals and groups.

“Integrity – Conscientiousness – Growth” is educational philosophy of Van Lang Sai Gon College, directing and maintaining activities of managing, training, and learning of VLSC’s teachers, based on:
- Honesty, transparency between college with students - society, students with students, employees with employers; well-deserved recognition of students - society with college, employers towards employees.
- Enthusiasm and passion at chosen work, dedication, and service consciousness in each position.
